  We generally have a very good wait staff. The food however can be hit or miss. I ordered their flo's fillet and got an over fried patty.Prior to that the steak had been pretty good. There was the issue of having to order everything medium because you could never get a consistent cook quality. They have awesome appetizers. In general it's not bad.

  Bartenders aren't overly attentive and hang too much in the kitchen... which has to be the loudest and unprofessionally run operation I've ever encountered. I shouldn't have to hear the teams' collective mouths all the way out in the dinning room. I'm all for having fun at work but get the job done first. Probably the reason this restaurant is the least busy of the chains in the area.

  Waited quite a while for food. Waitress explained kitchen was a bit backed up. Good tasted good but didn't look exactly like the menu pictures. Not a lot of gluten free or other dietary options
