  Pulled pork is dry, very dry and overpowered by salt; almost to the point of jerky. And if you can imagine, too much smoke. So much so, that I believe they are using some sort of liquid smoke.
  
  BBQ sauces are unremarkable and of the 1/2 dozen or so they provide, I have yet to try one that taste like, well.....BBQ sauce. Its like they know that they can't produce a good sauce, so they provide such a numerous selection that its your fault for choosing wrong and maybe you'll choose better next time. Pick a signature house sauce and stick by it, just like real BBQ joints do it.
  
  5 stars? Really? The only possible reasons for anything more than 2 stars, is that BBQ is so limited in the area, folks don't know decent BBQ; not good BBQ, just decent BBQ that is edible.
  
  The other reason? A nice dose of in-you-face-M'erica style, totalitarian flared jingoism. And I'm a Vet for Christ sake. Be sure to check it out at Noon on the dot.

  What can I say other than this place is awsome. Let's start with the staff which is amazing very friendly and helpful. The ribs could not have been any better. I highly recommend this place

  Great bbq! We stopped here on whim, and man were we amazed! For a chain, I'm a believer. The turkey was moist with plenty of smoked flavor, no sauce required (no legs again), the brisket was delish, the six different sauces are all really good, and the Mac-n-cheese was almost life changing! It was that good, and I'm not a big mnc person, but I would eat this time and again, it is that good!
