  It's a chain restaurant that is mostly the same everywhere. We have had very good service at this location. The building had a recent remodel to freshen it up. It's been busy most every time we have been there. There is plenty of parking and if you have to wait for a table, there is a bar and good sized waiting area to sit.

  This OUTBACK Steakhouse is absolutely the best in the region by far! The staff is very friendly, not over bearing, and certainly seems to understand the importance of sound customer service. The general manager (Brandi) is a fine example of a seasoned manager, she's smart, alert and very personable!
  
  The price is just right, no complaints this way, in my opinion, the other OUTBACK Steakhouses should visit this restaurant to learn of its secrets of customer services, good food and the overall outstanding experience they provide!
  
  Last and certainly not the least, my experience started in the parking lot, very, very clean, the greeters showed great enthusiasm while greeting the customers, the restroom was extremely clean! I didn't want to leave!

  I typically do not overreact and blast a restaurant if I have a bad night of service and poor food quality, because I understand things happen, and even the best of restaurants have off nights. My wife and I have enjoyed great service and food over the last several years because it is close to home and convenient.
  
  The last three times we have dined there we were gravely disappointed with the wait staff and horrible food quality. After the third visit, we decided never again.
  
  We used to love Outback, but cannot justify throwing our money away anymore. I am not a hard customer to please and will not complain to management at the store. We are generally very understanding, even if our order is messed up, or if we wait longer than expected. We are all human and make mistakes.
  
  Many of my friends have also complained about recent bad experiences. I think this store could be great again, but something needs to change. Hopefully it will soon.
