  Terrible! The employees we're extremely rude. Ignored us when trying to check out and talked about us while we were in there! Then got made I refused to tip them! Not only were they rude but the place was so dirty and nothing tasted good. Definitely calling to speak to a manager in the morning!

  I've never had ice cream or frozen yogurt that tasted the way that their stuff does...I really thought organic what's a marketing BS but lately I've been giving organic stuff a shot & it taste a hundred times better. I used to like bruster's but after finding out what goes into Bruster's Ice Cream ..yikes granted I had to get used to soft serve ice cream because I grew up with a hard Scoop I sampled all these guys flavors for free I didn't have to ask anyone to give me tiny samples for every time I wanted to try something ..everything their is fresh and organic. my only thing is I wish stay open later I don't get out of work til 9pm most days oh and I found out if you froze soft serve it turned into Hard scoop!!!!

  Every time I have visited they had amazing deals and discounts. My most recent visit we were greated by the kindest woman with long blonde hair. Great customer service. I don't even like frozen yoghurt.
